These Terms govern your application for Founding Membership and your use of the HOLDFAST website. By submitting an application, you agree to them.
Overview
HOLDFAST is a membership-based golf apparel brand offering limited Founding Membership access and early product development participation.
By submitting an application through the HOLDFAST website, you agree to these Terms.
Membership Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into HOLDFAST.
Membership places are limited and applications may be reviewed before approval.
HOLDFAST reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion.
Founding Member Payment
Applications are being collected ahead of the initial Founding Member launch.
Your Founding Membership payment is taken at the point of application, securely through Stripe, to confirm your place in the first production run.
Founding Membership is an annual membership of £79 per year. It renews automatically each year and can be cancelled at any time.
Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
HOLDFAST does not store full card details.
By submitting your payment details, you authorise HOLDFAST to take the annual membership payment at the point of application and on each yearly renewal, processed securely by Stripe, until you cancel.
Product Development
Founding Members may receive updates, previews and opportunities to contribute feedback during product development.
Product concepts, specifications and timelines may evolve during the development process.
Images and descriptions shown during development are illustrative only.
Membership Access
Founding Membership benefits may include:
- access to limited products
- early product releases
- member communications
- future events or experiences
- development participation
Benefits may evolve over time.
Refunds & Cancellations
Your Founding Membership payment is taken at the point of application.
Membership renews automatically each year. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will stop future annual renewals.
Refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law and any specific membership terms provided at launch.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the HOLDFAST website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with platform functionality.
Intellectual Property
All HOLDFAST branding, content, designs, logos and materials remain the property of HOLDFAST.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOLDFAST shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or membership participation.
Changes To These Terms
HOLDFAST may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always appear on the website.
